VOLUME II AUTHORS' NIGHTSubmissions were officially opened for Volume II of the KISLR at Authors' Night, held in the Grand Hall of The Honorable Society of King's Inns on Monday, 30th January 2012. About 50 attendees from King's Inns and further afield heard Dr Fiona de Londras (UCD) and Dr Desmond Ryan (TCD) discuss the whys and hows of submitting work for a student law review. The Hon. Mr Justice Nial Fennelly, in keeping with this year's focus on the 75th Anniversary of The Constitution, addressed the audience on issues surrounding citizenship as a concept of Irish Constitutional Law.

SUBMITTING YOUR WORK TO KISLR
The King's Inns Student Law Review (KISLR) is currently accepting submissions for Volume II. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their legal writing to a wide national and international audience. We would ask all interested persons to submit an article, case-note or commentary, which will then be considered for inclusion in this volume of the review. Deadline for submissions is Thursday, 31st May 2012, at 18:00 GMT.

75th ANNIVERSARY CONSTITUTIONAL PRIZE
This year there will be a special focus on the Irish Constitution in its 75th Anniversary Year. To commemorate this milestone there will be a prize for the best article on a topic of Irish Constitutional Law in Volume II.
